What is Alignwithme?
This platform transforms the way organizations work by generating Personalized User Guides (PUGs) for every team member. Through AI-driven assessments, it reveals communication styles, strengths, and collaboration preferences. This empowers teams to reduce friction, build stronger relationships, and unlock higher efficiency. Designed for modern workplaces, this product helps culture thrive, one insight at a time.
Project Scope
The aim of this project was to build a platform that delivers personalized, AI-driven insights for each team member to enhance understanding and collaboration. The project included building multi-step assessments, AI-driven reports, subscription billing, team management tools, and intuitive dashboards. Both the technical architecture and user experience design were crafted to ensure scalability and ease of use.

The solution
What we built.
Foundation (Phase 1)
We designed and developed the solution as a full-stack AI-powered application that guides users through structured assessments, processes the data with OpenAI models, and delivers customized PUG reports based on user input and personality data.
- Multi-step Personality Assessment: covers categories like communication, collaboration, leadership, work-life balance, and career goals.
- AI-Generated PUG Reports: delivered in 3 formats – Card View (Top 10 Insights), Summary View, Detailed View.
- Password-less Authentication: magic link-based sign-up/login for user convenience.
- Initial Monetization: fixed price per member; form editing as a paid feature.
- Social Sharing: public PUG cards shareable to make collaboration easier.
Advanced Expansion (Phase 2)
The platform is built in two phases to address user needs and scalability.
- Subscription Model: monthly/annual plans (Team Starter & Team Growth) with custom options for larger teams.
- AI-Powered Team Management: invite/remove members, assign managers & roles, and an organogram (hierarchical team chart).
- M2M (Member-to-Member) Interaction Reports: AI analyzes two members' PUGs to suggest compatibility tips, conflict-avoidance strategies, and collaboration best practices.
- AI Chat: context-aware chat about team members and groups; history with rename/delete options.
- PDF Downloads: branded and watermark-free reports for premium users.
- Voice Input & External Uploads: mic-based responses and upload of third-party personality assessments.
- Multi-Team Support: each team managed with its own subscription and data.
