What is Larry The Lead Agent?

This real estate lead agent chatbot is an AI-powered platform built to help professionals discover and manage high-quality seller and buyer leads with ease. By combining conversational AI, secure user access, and structured data delivery, the system streamlines the lead generation process for agents, investors, and real estate businesses. The chatbot intelligently retrieves targeted leads based on city and state inputs, ensuring that users can access reliable and actionable data, even when leads are not available in their exact requested location.

Objectives

Build an AI-driven system to simplify the discovery of seller and buyer leads. Provide structured, accurate property and ownership data. Ensure data security and role-based visibility of information. Enable lead tracking, storage, and sharing. Equip administrators with advanced user and quota management tools.

User Roles & Access

Tier 1 (Basic User): general property & ownership data (no contact info). Tier 2 (Advanced User): full access including phone numbers, emails, and Do Not Contact status. Admin (Super User): full control over users, quotas, and system access.

The solution

What we built.

Lead Discovery via AI Chat

Interactive chatbot prompts users to select between Seller Leads or Buyer Leads.

  • Users input City and State to fetch leads.
  • If no leads exist in the selected area, nearby leads are automatically suggested.

Seller Leads Data Structure

Property details: type, size, bedrooms, bathrooms.

  • Ownership data: owner's name, address, duration of ownership, last transfer details.
  • Financial insights: valuation, confidence score, equity balance, equity percentage.
  • Tiered access: only Tier 2 users can view sensitive contact details like email, phone number, and Do Not Contact (DNC) status.

Buyer Leads Data Structure

Buyer's name and profile (portfolio size, purchase history, average price).

  • Contact details restricted to Tier 2 users.

My Leads Repository

Automatically stores every lead accessed.

  • Leads can be revisited, copied, or shared externally.
  • Includes status management: New, Contacted, Follow-Up, Engaged.
  • Sorting ensures most recent leads appear at the top.

User Management (Admin-Only)

Create, edit, or remove users.

  • Assign Tier 1 or Tier 2 roles.
  • Manage lead quotas (default: 50 leads/week).
  • Reset passwords and bypass OTP for admin-created accounts.
  • Full activity logging for accountability.
