DarziPro Privacy Policy

Effective date: 29 October 2026

DarziPro helps tailoring shops manage customers, measurements, garment orders and payment records. It is provided by SprintX Private Limited (“SprintX”, “we”, “us”), based in Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains how we handle information in the DarziPro mobile app, its account services and customer order-tracking pages.

A shop decides which customer details to enter and whom to share order information with. If you are a customer of a shop using DarziPro, contact that shop first about your tailoring records. You can also contact us using the details below.

1. Information we handle

  • Shop and account details: shop name, owner name, registered mobile number, password credentials and account/session identifiers. Passwords are stored as hashes rather than readable passwords.
  • Customer records: names, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, customer categories, optional addresses, and linked family or other wearer profiles and relationships entered by the shop.
  • Measurements: garment types, body or finished-garment measurements, units, fit preferences and saved measurement versions.
  • Orders and payment records: garment selections, stitching instructions, notes, order numbers and stages, trial or delivery dates, prices, advances and outstanding balances. These are bookkeeping records entered by a shop, not bank or card payments processed by DarziPro.
  • Optional attachments: photos taken or selected for an order and voice notes you record, together with information needed to save and play them, such as file type and duration.
  • Local app data: order drafts, pending attachment uploads, language and voice-guidance preferences, and a session token used to keep you signed in.
  • Service and support information: request identifiers, timestamps, error information and messages you send us when asking for help.

Customer details and measurements are entered by the shop. The current app does not need access to your phone’s address book or precise location. Its current mobile release does not include advertising or third-party advertising/analytics SDKs. We do not sell your shop or customer records or use them for targeted advertising.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Create and authenticate shop accounts and protect access to shop records.
  • Save and retrieve customers, measurement profiles, orders, attachments and payment balances.
  • Restore local drafts and retry pending media uploads when you use the app and a connection is available.
  • Show order progress, create receipts, and prepare the sharing actions you choose.
  • Remember app preferences, troubleshoot errors, respond to support requests and maintain the service.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations and address misuse or disputes.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you request, operating and securing it, complying with legal obligations, or consent where required. A shop remains responsible for having a lawful basis to enter and share its customers’ information.

3. Photos, microphone and voice guidance

DarziPro uses camera or photo-selection access when you choose a garment photo, and microphone access when you start recording stitching instructions. Selected photos and recordings may be saved locally and uploaded as order attachments. The app does not continuously record in the background; recording is stopped when it leaves the foreground.

You can refuse or revoke these permissions in your device settings. The associated photo or recording feature will then be limited. Only record other people or upload their images when you have the permission required to do so.

Optional Urdu voice guidance uses your device’s speech capabilities to read fixed order-entry prompts. It is separate from recording a voice note. DarziPro does not currently use an AI service to transcribe or analyse your recordings. System speech features and voice availability depend on your device and its settings.

4. Sharing, WhatsApp and order-tracking links

Records are available through the relevant shop account. We also use service providers to host the app’s services, database and attachments. Uploaded order media uses Cloudflare R2 storage. These providers process the information needed to supply those services.

When you use the WhatsApp action, DarziPro prepares and copies an order message and opens WhatsApp when available. That message can include the customer name, shop name, order number, delivery date, total, advance, balance and tracking link. You choose whether and to whom to send it. WhatsApp and any other service you share through handle the information under their own policies. Clipboard content may remain available until replaced or cleared by your device.

Anyone with an order-tracking link can view its tracking page without signing in. That page shows the shop name and phone number, order number, status, dates and payment totals. The current public tracking view does not show customer measurements, garment photos or voice notes. Treat a tracking link as private and only share it with intended recipients. People you send it to may forward it or keep copies of the information they see.

Printed receipts, copied messages and other copies you share leave DarziPro’s control. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations.

5. Storage, security and retention

Submitted shop records are stored on our servers and service-provider infrastructure. Drafts, preferences and pending media may also remain in the app’s local storage. The session token uses the device’s secure credential storage. Local drafts and attachments should not be treated as an encrypted archive; protect access to your device, especially if it is shared.

We use account access controls and other technical measures to protect records. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Service-provider processing may take place outside your country, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

We retain records while needed to provide the service, maintain order history, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Historical orders and measurement versions may retain information that differs from a customer’s current profile. Some records or backup copies may need to be retained after a deletion request for legal, security or recovery purposes; we will explain relevant exceptions when handling your request.

Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account or server records. Uninstalling can remove local drafts and attachments that have not finished uploading. Device backups and copies you or recipients keep are subject to the controls of the relevant device or service.

6. Your choices and account-deletion requests

You can update supported customer and measurement information in the app, change available preferences, and manage camera, microphone and photo permissions in device settings. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

To request deletion of your DarziPro account and associated shop data, email [email protected] with the subject “DarziPro account deletion”. Include your shop name and registered mobile number so we can identify the account. Do not send your password. You can make this request without reinstalling the app.

We will verify your identity and authority to act for the shop before handling an account or data request. Specify whether you want the entire account and its records deleted or have a request about particular records. We will explain what can be deleted, any information that must be retained and the applicable process. This support-request route does not mean there is currently a self-service account-deletion button in the app.

If your details were entered by a tailoring shop, contact that shop first so it can identify and manage the relevant records. You may also contact us for help or to exercise rights that apply to us. Copies already shared through messages, receipts or other services may need to be addressed with their recipients.

7. Children and family records

DarziPro is a business tool for tailoring shops, not a service intended for children to use on their own. Shops may enter measurements or order details for family members, including children, only with the authority or parent/guardian permission required by law. Do not add unnecessary sensitive information. Contact us if you believe information about a child has been handled improperly.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as DarziPro changes. We will post the updated version here and change its effective date, with any additional notice required by applicable law.

For privacy questions or data requests, contact [email protected], or write to SprintX Private Limited, 51 L, Phase 2 Johar Town, Lahore, 54000, Pakistan.
