DarziPro Terms of Service

DarziPro is an operations and recordkeeping tool for tailoring shops. It helps you manage customers and family profiles, save measurement versions, prepare garment orders, record stitching instructions and attachments, track progress and dates, and record prices, advances and outstanding balances. Available features can depend on your device, app version and connection.

SprintX does not provide tailoring services through the app and is not a party to agreements between a shop and its customers. The shop is responsible for its prices, measurements, garment quality, delivery promises, customer communications, refunds and other obligations to its customers.

Payment amounts shown in DarziPro are records entered by the shop. An entry, receipt or “paid” record is not confirmation that DarziPro transferred or received funds. DarziPro does not act as a bank, payment processor or escrow service.

Provide accurate registration details, keep your registered mobile number current and protect your password and signed-in devices. Do not give unauthorised people access to a shop account. Tell us promptly if you suspect that someone has gained access without permission.

You are responsible for activity you authorise through the shop account and for checking the information entered by people acting for the shop. Review measurement units, wearer profiles, garment selections, prices, balances, delivery dates and the recipient of any shared message before relying on or sending a record.

Historical orders may retain the details saved when they were created. Updating a customer profile or a measurement set does not necessarily update every earlier order, receipt or shared copy.

You retain your rights in the records, photos, recordings and other content you submit. You give SprintX permission to store, process, copy and display that content as needed to provide the service and carry out the sharing actions you request. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

You must have the authority and any necessary consent to enter customer or family-member details, record someone’s voice, upload an image or share an order. Explain your own customer data practices and comply with applicable privacy, consumer and business laws. Take particular care with children’s information and do not collect more than you need.

Do not upload unlawful content, material that infringes another person’s rights, or passwords, payment-card security codes or other unnecessary sensitive data into order notes. The DarziPro Privacy Policy explains how SprintX handles information supplied through the service.

Check WhatsApp messages, copied text, printed receipts and other shared information before sending it. DarziPro may copy an order message to the device clipboard and open WhatsApp; you control whether and to whom it is sent. Third-party services and device features are governed by their own terms and policies.

Anyone who receives an order-tracking link can access its tracking page without an account. The page can show the shop name and phone number, order status and dates, and payment totals. Only share it with intended recipients. Do not post links publicly unless you intend the linked information to be accessible to others. You are responsible for sharing decisions; we cannot withdraw screenshots, messages or other copies already held by recipients.

Voice guidance is a convenience that depends on your device’s speech support. It is not a substitute for reviewing the written order, and a voice note is not automatically transcribed into verified measurements or stitching instructions.

You must not:

• Access another shop’s records without authority or share credentials to enable unauthorised access.
• Guess, harvest or misuse tracking links, customer contact details or account/session credentials.
• Use DarziPro for fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance or unsolicited communications.
• Introduce malicious software, overload the service, bypass access controls or interfere with other users.
• Copy or redistribute the app’s software or branding except where we permit it or the law allows it.

DarziPro and its software, design and branding remain the property of SprintX or its licensors. We give you a limited right to use the app for its intended purpose while you comply with these terms. Rights in third-party components remain with their respective owners.

Some features require an internet connection. Drafts and attachments may be kept on the device before they reach the server. A local draft or pending upload is not confirmation that the record is available on another device or safely stored remotely. Check that important orders and uploads have been saved before clearing app data, changing devices or uninstalling.

We may maintain, update, change or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted service, compatibility with every device, or that all features will always be available. Keep independent copies of business information you need to meet your own legal and operational responsibilities.

Any fee for a paid DarziPro service must be disclosed through the applicable offer or a separate agreement before you purchase it. These terms do not create a payment obligation by themselves or promise that features will remain free indefinitely. Recording a customer’s payment in DarziPro is separate from any fee for using the software.

You can stop using DarziPro at any time. Signing out or uninstalling does not close your account or delete shop records stored on the server. To request account closure and deletion, follow the account-deletion instructions in the privacy policy. We will need to verify your authority to act for the shop and explain any records that must be retained.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach of these terms, protect users or the service, or comply with law. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the issue and how to contact us. These terms do not authorise us to ignore applicable rights to access, correct or delete information.

DarziPro assists with recordkeeping; it does not guarantee the accuracy of measurements, the suitability of a garment, the collection of a debt or the completion of a customer order. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties that it will be error-free or meet every particular business requirement.

To the extent permitted by law, SprintX is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business opportunities resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, except where mandatory law gives you rights to bring a claim elsewhere. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

We may revise these terms and will post the updated version and effective date on this page. Any additional notice or agreement required by applicable law will still apply. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
