About the project
What is Pioneer Partners?
SprintX developed a modern headless CMS website platform that enables businesses to manage their entire website through AI instead of relying on developers for ongoing content updates. The solution combines a high-performance Next.js frontend, Sanity CMS, and a custom AI integration layer that allows Claude AI to create, edit, organize, and publish website content autonomously. The platform includes a public website, blog, customer portal, gated resource library, and SEO infrastructure while maintaining brand consistency through reusable components and centralized design rules.
The problem
What was slowing them down.
- 01
A website that could continuously evolve
The client wanted a website that could continuously evolve without requiring developer involvement after launch. Traditional CMS platforms still require manual content editing and technical knowledge, making updates slow and expensive.
- 02
Allow AI to manage content
The project required a system that could allow AI to manage website content independently.
- 03

The solution
What we built.
A fully custom headless CMS platform
SprintX built a fully custom headless CMS platform powered by Next.js, Sanity CMS, and a custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server.
- AI-driven page creation and publishing.
- Modular page builder using reusable content blocks.
- Blog management with built-in SEO.
- Centralized design rules and brand management for consistent layouts.
- Secure customer portal.
- Resource gallery with lead generation.
- Automated publishing workflow through Sanity and Vercel.
- The architecture enables AI to manage website content while developers only maintain the platform when new features are required.
